YOU MUST BE ON TIME.  We will not be able to wait for late arrivals.  You will be given the cell phone number of a parent chaperone.  If you are going to be a few minutes late, please let your chaperone know.  PERFORMERS MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE WILL MISS THE BUS.

You will be given special luggage tags one week prior to departure that will clearly identify JPS, RIPYO AND RIPYWE luggage.  You will be assigned a room and you will put your room number on your luggage tags.  When we arrive at the hotel, parent chaperones will be in charge of making sure your luggage is taken to your hotel room.  You will be assigned a hotel room during the bus ride from Rhode Island to New York.

You will be assigned rooms in groups of four.  You will be assigned random roommates unless you and your chosen roommates fill out  the Roomate Selection forms. YOU MUST ALL  NAME EACH OTHER AS THE SELECTED ROOMMATES FOR YOUR CHOICE TO BE HONORED.  Roommate Selection forms will soon be available for download, so stay tuned!
